Ever since Fasie teamed up with the Ntinda bred and mentored rapper Pryce Teeba on “Choices Remix”; she has not turned back. With Pryce, she talks that trap talk. I am yet to rank the best collaboration from the two rappers who comfortably blend Luganda and calculated sprinkle of other lingo to create a crossover space for their music.
In a chat conversation Pryce last month revealed that he had been working on an EP with Baru, which we now know as African Stories and he also said that he had a project with Fasie. Today we got a new visual from the two.
We should start anticipating because whatever Pryce told me last month is coming to fruition. Why not prepare for that full-length?
He said, “[I’ve]… Got an Ep with her [Fasie] as well.” He confirmed that the newly released “Maji Moto” is off Fasie’s forthcoming album.
Pryce being a consistent trapper who we know has and is still testing his limits on various sounds confirmed that the waves on their forthcoming EP has a trap feel. Having the self proclaimed trap queen Fasie with Teeba is proving to show a level of creative harmony and redefining the trap.
