About three years ago Ariong James Oscar aka AJO became a father and it seemed like he was done with Hip Hop for a while. That wasn’t the case fully. While at it, AJO released “Won Off” and even teased the forthcoming album (then) on “Regicide” as he spoke of fatherhood of the game.
Now that he is off Daddy Duties.
The new album Off Daddy Duties, The Precursor features only Akeine and had producers Wayne Anita and Nase Avatar working on it.ย The two producers areย regulars on AJO’s projects.
Nase Avatar has worked with AJO on all his three albums, and ODDTPย being the third that he fully executive produced.
AJO’s debut album wasย No Apologies, which introduced his witty writing and raw perspective on things while exploring different themes. African Reality sophomore album was his conscious and critically acclaimed project. Off Daddy Duties The Precursor is here now.
